Nectre Group works within the financial services industry and we represent some of the largest Financial Advisory firms in the UK. We are looking for 2 to 3 people to join our growing organisation. We are looking for people who have experience working within a outbound telesales environment although not necessarily within our field as full training is given. *WE ARE NOT A CALL CENTRE* As a telephone based executive you’ll be expected to target businesses to generate face to face appointments for our clients
Working within a team of other consultants you’ll be set targets and strategies by the team manager. Your day will be mostly spent calling prospects persuading them to take an appointment with one of our clients.
You will be required to do the following tasks (you will be trained in all these functions):
• Managing databases
• Generating new business
• Managing accounts
• Meeting targets
• Helping clients
• Calling prospective clients
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• A polite and friendly manner (being rude never gets you anywhere)
• Lots of initiative
• Self-motivated and hardworking
• A positive attitude
• The ability to think on your feet
• The ability to pick up the phone and speak to people (the most important attribute)
• Being a hard worker, motivated, proactive and enthusiastic
• Team work in sales oriented environments
• Familiarity with Microsoft products
• Planning & Time management
• Being courteous, professional and persistent
• Multitasking
• Prioritising
• Being flexible
The right individuals will be paid a basic salary of between £16,000 – £18,000 and an attractive, performance related bonus scheme. Individuals will have a minimum level of expected performance which will give them a very realistic OTE of £24,000 – £26,000. For our star performers we can give you a platform to exceed these earning with access to much higher bonus payments. In addition you will have access to a range extra performance related bonuses.
